Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Specialist at The Vertical located in Lahore District. As part of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospects, conducting property viewings, assisting clients in purchasing properties, and managing key accounts. If you are an excellent communicator and have a passion for sales in the real estate industry, then we would love to hear from you!


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial real estate

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of successful sales

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and handle objections

• Experience with CRMs and using database systems for lead management

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our building and grounds. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing budgets, and liaising with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth operations.


• Facilities management experience, including supervisory experience

• Knowledge of safety and health regulations and building codes

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Budget management skills and knowledge of financial principles

• Experience working in real estate or property management is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
